Sujay Alavala is currently an undergraduate student studying Computer Science and Engineering. He has been a part of UConn Engineering Ambassadors since Fall of 2015. He started as a Greater body member and then joined the EA Tour Guides as a freshmen. Sujay was involved with planning the Fall 2016 STEM Night, he was in charge of inviting schools and successfully welcomed 150 students to come to STEM Night. As a junior he became the Co-VP of Quality with Lauren Marshall. He also led the effort to invite schools for the Fall 2017 STEM Night and successfully welcomed 300 students to STEM Night. As a senior, he is the Co-VP of Quality with Robin Rittgers and Rachel Scott. As Co-VP of Quality, he is in charge of making sure presentation team members are ready for their visits. He checks all presentations and demonstrations before they go out for a visit and helps members improve their presentation skills. Sujay is excited to see the growth of all our members and see them impact the STEM world one student at a time!
